Congratulations, Justin Hitchcock, for your promotion to Regional Director! GRID’s vision of a successful transition to clean, renewable energy that includes everyone is nothing new for Justin, who has been with GRID for 4 years. Before becoming Regional Director, he worked both as an Outreach Coordinator and Project Manager. His comprehensive knowledge of solar system design, client outreach and relations, and incredible leadership and vision are such an asset for GRID CC. Prior to working for GRID, Justin gained extensive experience while working for the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, where he worked on several community projects that focused on environmental initiatives and youth development. Justin studied Civil Engineering at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he now lectures on solar engineering. He has traveled and volunteered throughout Central and South America. He is passionate about pushing the transition to create a sustainable society. In his spare time, Justin enjoys surfing, rock climbing, live music, and traveling. Justin’s passion for solar, commitment to helping others, and collaborative spirit are such a welcome addition to the director’s role here at GRID CC. It’s going to be a great 2016!
