As part of their Centennial Day of Service on June 15th, teams of IBM volunteers installed six solar electric systems with GRID Alternatives across California. In the Bay Area, IBM volunteers installed systems in San Francisco's Bayview/Hunter's Point neighborhood and in Campbell. In Los Angeles, IBM'ers installed two systems on the same block in South LA. In San Diego, IBM'ers installed solar for families in San Diego's City Heights and Southcrest neighborhoods. We even got a visit from San Diego Councilman David Alvarez, who tweeted this pic from the jobsite. Thank you IBM!
