The Singh family moved to America in 1990 so that Mr. Singh could work as a farm laborer and they could work toward the dream of owning a home. Two years ago they were finally able to move in to their home on Barrington Drive after years of saving. When they first heard of the opportunity to receive solar at no cost through GRID Alternatives, Mrs. Singh didn't believe it. She had been approached by other companies whose hidden costs were prohibitively expensive for this family of 5 living on 1 income. The Singh family is incredibly grateful to be receiving solar as they are still paying off their energy bills from last summer.
