This event has been rescheduled to avoid conflict with the 2023 March on Washington.
We're bringing together our family of homeowners, trainees, staff, and everyone else that aligns with our mission to build community around renewable energy! Join us for a day of celebration that will feature food, family-friendly activities, and plenty of fun.
Who's invited: Everyone! Friends, family, and other guests are welcome.
Activities include:
- Boat rides (provided by Friends of Anacostia Park)
- Fishing
- Yard games
- Face painting
- 360-degree photo booth
- Children's obstacle course
- Basketball (courts nearby)
- Roller skating at the Anacostia Park Roller Skating Pavilion (must either rent or bring skates)
Food: Catering will be provided — details TBD. Food will be limited to guests who register with GRID upon arrival.
Seating: Some seating and tables will be provided — however, we encourage you to bring your own seating if you are able to guarantee a seat.
