1. As part of this important fundraising effort to help re-power local communities I commit to raising a minimum of $150 for Solarthon.

2. To secure my participation in Solarthon, I will personally guarantee the minimum $150 by providing my credit card information during a confirmation phone call with GRID Alternatives staff. My card will only be charged if I am unable to meet the $150 fundraising minimum. If I choose not to provide my credit card information, I understand that I must raise $150 by October 3rd.

3. I agree to read and follow all safety protocol provided to me by GRID Alternatives.

4. I understand that in order to volunteer on a GRID Alternatives project, I will be required to sign a release of liability waiver.

5. I understand that by participating in this event, I am agreeing to allow photos of myself and my property to be used for publicity purposes.
