Come join the Stanford Campus Chapter of GRID Alternatives for an evening of salsa dancing, socializing and fun. Proceeds from this event will help the Stanford Chapter reach their fundraising goals to install their first solar electric system for an East Palo Alto family.
The event will be held at Toyon Hall on the Stanford Campus. Doors will open at 8pm, and the Stanford Salsneros will teach beginner's salsa lessons from 8-9pm. Costs for the event are $5 for students and $10 for community members. Please dress comfortably. Food will not be served.
If you are unable to attend but would still like to support the Stanford Campus Chapter with their fundraising efforts, you can make an easy online donation through their fundraising webpage.
Directions for the event:
Get to the Stanford Campus, find one of the parking lots named L-90, L-81, or L-63 on the campus map, then walk to Toyon Hall from one of those lots.
