Have you spotted the Helpful Honda people in their iconic blue shirts doing Random Acts of Helpfulness out on the town or on TV? Well, they stopped by a GRID jobsite in Anaheim to help the Palacios family go solar! In addition to their volunteer time, the Southern California Honda Dealers, with CBS EcoMedia, awarded our Greater Los Angeles office a $200,000 grant to fix the roofs of qualifying families, eliminating that barrier for 25 families to go solar! Thanks to the Southern California Honda Dealers and CBS EcoMedia for being such stellar (and of course helpful) volunteers onsite and ensuring more families in SoCal are able to 'fuel' their homes with sunshine.
