GRID Alternatives relies on partnerships with local organizations and agencies to bring the benefits of solar energy to the low-income families who need it most. We welcome new partners to help us bring renewable energy savings to more communities in need!
Affordable Housing Developers – If you are building for-sale, single-family homes for households earning under 80% AMI, you may be able to incorporate solar power at no or little extra cost. Please contact us directly for more information about participating in this program.
Local Cities, Counties, and Government Agencies – We work with local communities throughout the Inland Empire to bring SASH-funded solar electric systems to low-income homeowners. For information on what you can do to work towards bringing this program to your community, please contact us.
Community Partners – We work with local community non-profits, faith-based organizations and schools to better serve qualified homeowners, volunteers looking for hands-on solar installation experience, and groups looking for fun and exciting team-building opportunities! Contact us to let us know how you would like to partner with us!
Job Training Programs – If you are a job training organization interested in partnering with GRID Alternatives, please contact us. You can arrange a volunteer training orientation for your trainees or sponsor an install!
Businesses – Businesses can partner with GRID Alternatives to demonstrate their commitment to their community in several ways by lending services, donating, or by sponsoring an install! Visit our Sponsorship Opportunities page for more information on partnering with us.
