Josh is a native of Los Angeles with over ten years of experience working in non-profit, labor, government and foundation settings.  A large part of that experience has been in policy and government affairs, including five years in Washington, D.C., where he worked on Capitol Hill as a public interest energy lobbyist.  After completing law school in Washington, he returned to Los Angeles where he worked as a labor representative at AFTRA.  Most recently Josh worked at First 5 LA, an early childhood foundation doing policy analysis and managing grants.  Josh has his JD from American University and BA from UC San Diego.  His passion for responsible energy policy and social justice brought him to GRID.
