Support Renewable Energy for Communities in Need

With energy costs continuing to rise, and the environmental costs of our current energy sources becoming clearer every day, the time is now for solar power in our community. GRID Alternatives is expanding rapidly - after piloting our Solar Affordable Housing Program with two installations in 2004, we completed 14 in 2005, 37 in 2006, 94 in 2007, and have over 100 planned for 2008. Our volunteers and staff rely upon the financial support of donors like you to continue this growth and bring the power of solar electricity into more low-income communities throughout California.

If you prefer to donate via check, please send it to:
GRID Alternatives
Attn: Development
1610 Harrison Street, Suite C
Oakland, CA 94612

All donations are fully tax-deductible. GRID Alternatives is certified by the IRS as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our Tax ID Number is 26-0043353. Many employers also have matching programs to automatically double your donation – check with your HR department. Thank you for your support!
